Organizations

 

The mission of the Environmental Health Investigations Branch is to protect the health of Californians by assessing the association between health outcomes and the environment, and collaborating with communities to address their environmental health concerns. The Environmental Health Investigations Branch (EHIB) is comprised of five sections.

SECTIONS

These five sections work both independently and cooperatively to provide a comprehensive range of environmental health services in fulfillment of the EHIB mission.

  2. Environmental Epidemiology Section
  3. Exposure Assessment Section
  4. Support Services Section
  5. Site Assessment Section

PROJECTS

EHIB staff addresses a wide variety of environmental health issues. Some recent examples include:
